Description

Responsibilities
- Own and execute a reduced quota in the higher-education market.
- Drive pipeline hygiene and forecasting with weekly reviews and CRM discipline.
- Coach and develop the team through structured opportunity inspections and feedback.
- Build and scale daily/weekly operating rhythms and cross-functional alignment.
- Use AI tools (Gong, Salesforce) to increase selling and coaching effectiveness.
