You'll handle escalated service desk issues and IT equipment responsibilities for Carvana's endpoint operations team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle escalated basic service desk escalations
• Manage IT equipment asset management, shipping, inventory, and setup
• Provide desk-side support and AV troubleshooting
• Log technical issues with detail in ServiceNow

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of technical support experience
• Experience with Windows, MacOS, or ChromeOS endpoint operating systems
• Hands-on experience with G Suites, Okta, ServiceNow, Jira, and Workspace One
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Phoenix locations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile device management (iOS, Android)
• Troubleshooting AV equipment like HD TVs or projectors
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11
