💼 About This Role

You'll join a team dedicated to exceptional property maintenance and resident experiences. You'll resolve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. This role offers a fully paid EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification after your first year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve service tickets for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Perform general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide emergency on-call support during weekends and evenings

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and after-hour emergencies
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
