You'll manage a team of Associate Directors and Managers, fostering a test-and-learn culture to modernize approaches.   • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Lead social media strategy and cross-channel integration.
  • Manage, develop, and inspire direct reports.
  • Support new business pitches with paid social recommendations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of media or agency experience
  • 3+ years managing direct reports
  • Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap
  • Experience managing paid social budgets over $1mm annually

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Agency experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Asana or project management tools
  • Experience with third-party partnerships (shopping, influencer, etc.)
