- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Lead social media strategy and cross-channel integration.
- Manage, develop, and inspire direct reports.
- Support new business pitches with paid social recommendations.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of media or agency experience
- 3+ years managing direct reports
- Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap
- Experience managing paid social budgets over $1mm annually
โจ Nice to Have
- Agency experience preferred
- Knowledge of Asana or project management tools
- Experience with third-party partnerships (shopping, influencer, etc.)
