💼 About This Role

You'll split your time between inventing new AI product capabilities and scaling how enterprises discover and adopt Salient's AI infrastructure. Your core impact will be owning initiatives from concept through customer rollout and measurable business growth. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise go-to-market in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for growth-critical product initiatives
• Ship 0→1 products collaborating with engineering, research, and design
• Work directly with customers to understand pain points and translate insights
• Drive data-informed decisions on what to build and how to position it
• Build and optimize enterprise growth motions with measurable experiments

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years in product, growth, or hybrid roles at fast-growing startups
• Experience building 0→1 products, ideally in AI, fintech, or B2B SaaS
• Balance of product intuition and data-driven decision-making
• Comfortable owning and driving customer relationships and product usage
