You'll manage high-value customer relationships for Fleetio's fleet management platform, a leader in transportation technology. You'll drive expansion revenue by upselling and cross-selling across large enterprises. This role offers remote flexibility within the US with up to 30% travel.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Uncover expansion opportunities within existing key accounts
- Drive ARR growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Manage renewal contracts and complex negotiations
- Deliver product demonstrations virtually or in-person
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise account management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience owning customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer visits
