You will use your video production expertise to train next-generation AI models by challenging them on cinematography, sound design, editing, and post-production workflows. You'll converse with the model on real-world production scenarios, verify accuracy, and document failure modes to improve AI reasoning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in film, media production, communications, or related field
• Professional production portfolio and experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro
• Familiarity with studio and field production
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Advise AI models on video production topics such as shot composition, lighting, and editing
• Verify factual accuracy and creative consistency of model responses
• Document failure modes to harden model reasoning
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Capture reproducible error traces
