Description

You will independently lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to deployment, owning your pipeline and driving customer-focused experimentation with LLMs and generative AI to deliver tangible business and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science with production-level project delivery
• Proven ability to work independently and push projects forward with minimal oversight
• Strong full-stack data science skills: data wrangling, modeling, validation, deployment, monitoring
• Experience with LLMs or generative AI in real-world applications
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, spaCy/NLTK)

Responsibilities

• Independently lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data workflows and ML systems
• Drive A/B testing and experiments focusing on user experience and product outcomes
• Identify new opportunities for research and experiment quickly to evaluate business impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams
