You'll lead production engineering for serial manufacturing of launch vehicles, ensuring scalability and quality. You'll act as the interface between design and production teams. This role offers high impact in a dynamic aerospace startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define industrialization strategy for serial production
• Own manufacturing process definition for assembly, integration, and test
• Coordinate first builds and pilot runs to stabilize procedures
• Serve as escalation point for technical production blockers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering
• Significant experience in production/manufacturing engineering with complex electromechanical systems
• Proven leadership managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of PLM/MES and manufacturing artifacts (mBOM, BOP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing
• Fluent German
• Structured problem-solving certification (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma)
