💼 About This Role

You'll join UTA's Finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting with a focus on variance analysis. You'll develop key business metrics and drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role offers exposure to the CFO and senior management at a leading global entertainment company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly P&Ls and dashboards with variance analysis
• Assist in annual operating and capital budget preparation
• Create financial models for analysis and consolidation
• Support quarterly reforecasts and special projects

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or quantitative field
• 1+ year of FP&A, consulting, or investment banking experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, SQL, or VBA
• Experience with ERP and planning systems
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools
