💼 About This Role

You'll join Healthesystems' IT team to provision and support endpoint hardware and software in a mixed Windows/macOS environment. You'll own new hire onboarding and laptop refresh initiatives while collaborating across IT to resolve complex issues. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provision and configure endpoint hardware and software.
• Respond to escalated support requests within SLAs.
• Create project plans and manage endpoint initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 4+ years relevant experience.
• Proven experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS.
• Experience with policy creation in Intune and Jamf.
• Experience coding device management scripts (PowerShell, Python, bash).

✨ Nice to Have

• Intune or Jamf endpoint administration certifications.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
