You'll manage brands in the Kids, Underwear & Accessories portfolio for a leading European e-commerce company. You'll drive business development by acquiring new partners and negotiating deals. This role offers flexible hybrid work in our Düsseldorf office.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and acquire new strategic business partners
  • Develop and negotiate offers and contracts
  • Monitor competition and market trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with European teams

📋 Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience in a comparable field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field
  • Fluent German and English negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and self-motivation
