💼 About This Role

You'll create exceptional piercing and shopping experiences for customers at our Pembroke Gardens studio, driving brand awareness and product knowledge through engaging interactions. This part-time, onsite role ensures Rowan's high cleanliness and safety standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and help book appointments using POS systems.
• Recommend and upsell piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, stock displays, and inventory.
• Process transactions accurately and manage customer records.

📋 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and basic math.
• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
