💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Developer Experience squad at 360Learning, empowering 80+ engineers to ship better code faster by improving tooling, CI, and AI coding tools. You'll coach team members and drive technical initiatives while spending ~20% of your time on management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach developers through performance reviews and career assessments.
• Improve CI pipeline speed and stability.
• Implement AI-assisted coding tools and processes.
• Define squad roadmap and vision alongside tech leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as tech lead or mentor for SaaS platform engineers.
• Full stack programming experience with Typescript/Node.js.
• Experience with automation and infrastructure tools.
• Fluent English (US/UK) and B2 French.
