Description

You will be the internal owner of NetSuite, partnering with Finance and FP&A to ensure scalability, compliance, and alignment with business needs. You'll maintain financial integrity, support global growth, optimize inventory and product costing, and manage integrations with systems like Workday, Coupa, and ADP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, information systems, or related field
• 7+ years of ERP systems experience with strong hands-on NetSuite expertise
• Experience supporting multi-entity, global NetSuite OneWorld environments
• Deep understanding of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, product costing, and intercompany accounting
• Experience supporting integrations with other business systems and business intelligence platforms

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary system owner and administrator for NetSuite OneWorld
• Manage global subsidiaries, chart of accounts, segments, and intercompany structures
• Configure and optimize key modules including GL, AP, AR, and product costing
• Design and maintain NetSuite reports, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs
• Support SOX compliance, ITGCs, and change management controls
