🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic IT support to 1000 employees
• Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects and rollouts

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of IT support experience
• Strong Windows/Mac knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of generative AI tools and AI automation

• IT degree or equivalent
• Cloud services experience (Google Workspace, Office 365)
• Basic scripting knowledge
