You'll manage end-to-end invoice processing and ensure accurate, timely payments across multiple entities and currencies. You'll drive process improvements and automation within the AP function, supporting a fast-paced growth environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end invoice processing with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform 2-way/3-way matching and resolve discrepancies
• Execute payment runs across multiple regions
• Support month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Multi-entity and multi-currency environment experience
• BIR Compliance knowledge (VAT and Expanded Withholding Tax)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-volume industry (tech, BPO, shared services)
• Exposure to month-end close and accrual processes
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
