🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and train large language models for healthcare-specific challenges
• Integrate human-in-the-loop feedback to guide model improvements
• Collaborate with healthcare experts and stakeholders to align models with real-world needs
• Evaluate advances in ML to maintain leadership in responsible healthcare AI

📋 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent industry experience in ML, NLP, or related field plus 2-3 years experience
• Proven experience training and fine-tuning large language models
• Strong Python programming with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and multi-GPU environments
