💼 About This Role

You'll manage the planning and performance of tasks supporting ongoing engineering for GFiber's fiber-to-the-home network. You'll lead implementation of new fiber infrastructure and review engineering designs to ensure constructibility. This role offers the chance to work on complex projects at a leading internet service provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage planning and performance of engineering support tasks
• Review and validate engineering designs for constructibility
• Manage local engineering vendor staff and track contractor performance
• Support coordination of outside plant moves/changes due to civil works

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years experience in network operations, engineering, construction or maintenance roles
• Experience managing engineering efficiency and process improvements
• Experience managing telecommunication engineering infrastructure, FTTx design and operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing vendor engineering resources
• Working knowledge of fiber inventory management and assignment systems
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple disciplines
