Description

You will lead cross-functional engineering initiatives supporting aviation component and mechanical systems programs. You will coordinate efforts across teams to ensure efficient program execution, address risks early, and deliver projects on schedule with high quality. You will drive problem-solving, continuous improvement, and stakeholder communication through executive reporting and project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering project management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a collaborative work environment and implement team-building strategies
• Maintain project documentation, manage issues, and develop project charters
• Provide periodic updates through executive report-outs and presentations
• Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) initiatives and mistake-proofing
• Conduct PFMEA and develop control plans to ensure quality outputs
