You'll set the vision and build AI-powered tooling to modernize Outreach Engineering's software development process. Your work will directly enable hundreds of engineers to adopt AI-assisted workflows and ship faster. This internal platform role lets you shape the future of development at a leading AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define roadmap and strategy for intelligent tooling
• Build shared libraries and frameworks for engineering teams
• Triage feedback and bugs from users
• Integrate AI solutions into development lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• Experience maintaining shared libraries, especially open-source
• Experience with Kubernetes and container-based workflows
• Experience with Golang (used by Dev Tooling team)
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and automation frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Python, or Ruby
• Experience with modern AI technologies like LLMs and RAG
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
