You'll lead a team of over 100 warehouse employees as the central point of contact in our Fulfillment Center. You'll balance shift management with process optimization to improve logistics operations. This role offers a unique blend of operational leadership and strategic project work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of team leads and over 100 warehouse employees
• Steer daily operations and prioritize activities during your shift
• Take ownership of site-based optimization projects
• Balance operational leadership (3-4 shifts) with strategic office days (1-2 days)

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• First hands-on experience in a warehouse environment (internship, working student, etc.)
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to work evening and occasional Saturday shifts
