You'll own the full creative process across performance and lifecycle marketing for Spotify's Markets & Subscribers business unit. You'll drive creative testing and optimization across paid social, Google, CTV, and on-platform channels to grow subscribers and active users globally. This is a senior individual contributor role with cross-functional impact.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end creative development for paid and lifecycle channels
  • Build and maintain a creative review framework across teams
  • Develop an annual creative roadmap aligning teams around shared strategy
  • Analyze creative performance metrics and synthesize findings into actionable briefs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance creative or growth marketing
  • Track record of developing creative at scale across multiple markets
  • Familiarity with platform-specific creative specs for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google
  • Experience with creative automation or DCO platforms (e.g. Smartly, Celtra)
