• Architect and build backend infrastructure with the Head of R&D
• Design and implement scalable APIs and data models
• Optimize application performance for high-growth scale
• Collaborate with product owners and designers on new features

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and Django
• Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and CI/CD
• Experience with backend frameworks and software development lifecycles

• Experience with Java
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Software Engineering
