Description

You'll partner with Sales to guide customers through the technical pre-sales process, building demos, writing code (Python/JavaScript), deploying environments, and solving real customer problems. You'll take ownership of selected accounts and gain exposure to global customers across multiple industries.

Requirements

• Customer-facing technical role experience (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, etc.)
• Hands-on programming ability in Python
• Comfortable working with APIs and technical troubleshooting
• Experience deploying software in cloud, Linux, containers, or networked environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales process from discovery to close
• Understand customer requirements and design practical solutions
• Build and deliver technical demos, prototypes, and Proofs of Concept
• Deploy and configure environments in cloud or on-prem setups
• Write scripts or lightweight integrations in Python or JavaScript
