Description

As the Senior Medical Director for Germany, you will lead the local medical strategy for oncology products, ensuring scientific excellence and alignment between global strategy and local needs. You will build relationships with key opinion leaders, drive medical launch readiness, and lead the German Medical Affairs team.

Requirements

• MD, PhD, or PharmD
• 10+ years in Medical Affairs with country leadership track record
• Strong background in oncology
• Proven value and benefit assessment experience with understanding of German payer decision-making
• Experience supporting oncology product launches in a European market

Responsibilities

• Act as Medical Affairs lead for Germany, accountable for local medical strategy and execution
• Build relationships with national and regional key opinion leaders and oncology networks
• Lead scientific exchange, advisory boards, and congress engagement
• Drive local medical strategy across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases
• Lead and develop the German Medical Affairs team
