Description

You will lead the overall performance of a vehicle reconditioning center, overseeing up to 500 associates across multiple shifts. Your focus will be on maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring quality, production, and cost objectives are met while living Carvana's values.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (last 3 years)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Proven track record of leading and developing associates
• Ability to work flexible schedule in fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning to meet future facility demands
• Manage production planning and ensure adequate capacity for targets
• Oversee people management including hiring, training, and mentoring
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines
