Description

As a Group Product Manager at Brex, you'll own a core product area, setting multi-quarter vision and strategy while leading a team of PMs. You'll drive cross-functional initiatives and leverage AI to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with experience managing PMs
• Owned and scaled complex product areas in B2B, SaaS, or fintech
• Technically fluent to engage in architecture tradeoffs
• Data-driven with ability to define metrics and design experiments
• Clear communicator who can distill complex problems for executives

Responsibilities

• Define multi-quarter vision and strategy for core product area
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Design, Risk, Legal
• Incorporate AI/ML capabilities into customer-facing products
• Establish planning, prioritization, and execution frameworks
