You'll lead consultative sales for enterprise transformation engagements, partnering with C-level clients to drive digital and agile change. You'll identify strategic opportunities, shape tailored service solutions, and orchestrate internal teams to maximize value and revenue. This role requires complex selling and networking skills to grow accounts beyond €2M.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead discovery and advisory discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and shape complex consulting and service opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication.
📋 Requirements
- 7 years of experience in IT or professional services sales.
- Proven record of selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements.
- Experience developing new enterprise accounts with prospecting focus.
- Ability to communicate in English & French.
