• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations
• Manage daily cash balances and prepare wires
• Prepare and submit lender draws for development projects
• Compile monthly asset management presentations

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of real estate industry experience
• 3+ years of financial experience
• Accounting or Finance degree preferred
