💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the single point of contact for first-level IT support, handling user onboarding/offboarding and equipment setup. You'll ensure seamless workstation configuration and asset tracking for the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced BPO environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding requests and account lifecycle
  • Build and configure workstations and laptops per company standards
  • Track IT assets and ensure data accuracy with HR
  • Handle Mobile Device Management (MDM) for BYOD devices

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO, shared service, or MSP
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac devices
  • Experience with VPN, remote access tools, and mobile device management
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience creating or improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems
