💼 About This Role
You'll serve as the single point of contact for first-level IT support, handling user onboarding/offboarding and equipment setup. You'll ensure seamless workstation configuration and asset tracking for the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced BPO environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding requests and account lifecycle
- Build and configure workstations and laptops per company standards
- Track IT assets and ensure data accuracy with HR
- Handle Mobile Device Management (MDM) for BYOD devices
📋 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO, shared service, or MSP
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac devices
- Experience with VPN, remote access tools, and mobile device management
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience creating or improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience with IT support ticketing systems
