• Lead daily inbound/outbound shipping for accurate, on-time movement
• Coach and develop inbound/outbound coordinators
• Manage international shipping and import/customs execution
• Strengthen tracking and KPI reporting

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in shipping/logistics operations
• 3+ years leading people
• International shipping + import/customs experience
