You will craft clear, concise, and engaging product messaging aligned with Rubrik's brand voice. You'll collaborate with designers, PMs, and researchers to establish tone and voice standards, improve product language, and ensure consistency across user touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5-7 years hands-on experience in composing engaging content
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent
• Experience in user-focused product writing for complex domains
• Portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines
• Experience with localization and accessibility best practices

Responsibilities

• Craft clear, concise, and engaging product messaging aligned with brand voice
• Establish and implement tone and voice standards through a best practices guide
• Collaborate with product designers, PMs, developers, and leadership
• Identify, test, and validate improvements to product language
• Align product language with marketing and manage product glossary
