You'll drive the success of Ripple's clients in Latin America by developing payment and custody solutions, scaling volume, and cross-selling products like RLUSD. You'll build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience with enterprise customers adopting new technology
- Prior experience in FinTech, Web3, or start-up/disruptor preferred
- Native or fluent Portuguese and Spanish
- Knowledge of payments or custody industry preferred
- Proven multi-stakeholder management in sophisticated environments

- Develop deep understanding of each customer's organization and needs
