- Serve as first contact for customer support inquiries on technical and product issues

- 3+ years of technical support experience with enterprise AI products
- Strong empathy and communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Solid understanding of APIs and ability to troubleshoot them
- Proficiency with CRM and support tools
