Description

You will own the People department's Workday reporting solutions and inform data governance strategy by co-creating with stakeholders and applying technical expertise. You'll design and deploy dashboards, optimize reporting processes, and lead training sessions to ensure data quality and usability across the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with Workday reporting tools, data analysis, and data models
• Experience with Workday Prism
• Workday reporting certification (bonus)
• Ability to co-create solutions with stakeholders
• Expertise in optimizing and automating reporting processes

Responsibilities

• Recommend reporting solutions and inform department's use of Workday reporting
• Lead discovery discussions with stakeholders to document reporting requirements
• Execute monthly and quarterly leadership dashboards and presentations
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs
• Establish data governance frameworks and perform data quality audits
