🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship features for North, the AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
• Experiment at high velocity to deliver customer solutions.
• Lead end-to-end deployment in private cloud and on-premises environments.

📋 Requirements

• Experience working directly with customers.
• Shipped Python in production at scale.
• Built and deployed RAG or agentic applications.
• Strong coding abilities across the full stack.

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience with private cloud or on-premises deployments.
• Familiarity with Canadian public sector compliance.
