🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop long-range engineering strategies and capital improvement roadmaps.
• Ensure continuous availability of critical building systems.
• Manage annual engineering operating budget and capital planning.
• Lead emergency planning and response for equipment failures.
• Oversee vendor contracts and performance evaluations.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of engineering or facilities management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and managing budgets.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Experience at a large commercial or high-rise property.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• NYC Stationary Engineer or Refrigeration Operator license.
• Experience with predictive maintenance tools.
