You'll lead the R&D team of a French software editor, structuring human growth and driving technological vision as the company scales internationally. Your core impact is industrializing AI across engineering processes to accelerate production and automate testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Transition R&D from startup to industrial processes (SDLC, Gitflow, QA)
• Oversee multi-tenant cloud architecture and infrastructure
• Industrialize AI usage across testing, code review, and workflows
• Define and own 3-year technology roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years as a CTO or Director of Technology
• Proven experience industrializing AI at team scale
• Experience with Python/Django/PostgreSQL and Kubernetes/Docker

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in ERP or point-of-sale software
• Experience with WinDev/HFSQL
• Experience working with sovereign cloud providers like Scaleway
