You'll lead the product roadmap and vision for a US Medicare Home Health software product, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. This role offers the chance to coach junior team members and influence senior stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the product roadmap and vision
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer data to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure product success

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Healthcare Admin role
• Deep understanding of US Medicare Home Health (software or agency ops)
• Technical background in software development or web technologies
• Degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Business, or Computer Science
