🎯 What You'll Do

• Run the IT helpdesk and resolve employee issues
• Manage onboarding and offboarding across systems and devices
• Own device procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management
• Administer core IT systems like SSO and identity management
• Build automation to eliminate repetitive IT tasks

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on IT operations experience
• Experience running or contributing to a helpdesk
• Strong experience with SSO, MacOS, Windows, Linux
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-growth or operationally complex environment
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Experience with A/V systems and conference room support
