You'll lead enterprise-level merchant acquisition for Buy Now, Pay Later solutions in a high-growth fintech environment. This role drives revenue growth and market expansion through strategic partnerships and consultative selling, with strong cross-functional visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and close Enterprise and Mid-Market retail merchants for BNPL solutions
  • Own full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build strategic partnerships with merchants, PSPs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Marketing, and Legal teams

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 8–10 years of sales leadership in BNPL, payments, or fintech
  • Deep understanding of BNPL ecosystem and payment technologies
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
