You'll lead enterprise-level merchant acquisition for Buy Now, Pay Later solutions in a high-growth fintech environment. This role drives revenue growth and market expansion through strategic partnerships and consultative selling, with strong cross-functional visibility.
π― What You'll Do
- Prospect and close Enterprise and Mid-Market retail merchants for BNPL solutions
- Own full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build strategic partnerships with merchants, PSPs, and e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Marketing, and Legal teams
π Requirements
- 8β10 years of sales leadership in BNPL, payments, or fintech
- Deep understanding of BNPL ecosystem and payment technologies
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
