🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one overnight care to adult patients in home settings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient condition and document via electronic charting
• Coordinate with clinical support team for patient care

📋 Requirements

• Current valid LPN license
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing
