You'll provide reliable IT support to all Workleap team members, handling technical requests from access management to device administration. Your core impact is ensuring fast, high-quality service while documenting and improving team practices. You'll collaborate on incidents and help shape process improvements using automation and AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality technical support and resolve IT requests within reasonable timeframes
  • Manage access and licenses for user accounts and SaaS tools
  • Administer device fleet using MDM tools like Intune and Jamf
  • Collaborate with IT team on incident resolution and ad hoc projects

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Experience using AI tools or automation to improve IT efficiency
  • Expertise in troubleshooting Windows 11 and macOS
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Azure PIM
