You'll work with strategic customers to solve critical business problems using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform combined with AI technologies. You'll prototype solutions, demonstrate value to executives, and ensure successful implementation. This role offers the chance to pioneer AI-driven business operations at a global leader in Process Mining.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Understand customer AI strategy and translate requirements into solutions
• Rapidly build creative prototypes in customer hackathons
• Support customers in achieving ROI with autonomous AI agents
• End-to-end execution of Proof-of-Value projects

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years leading technical pre-sales with AI solutions
• Understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG and multi-agent orchestration
• Ability to translate business needs into AI use cases across sectors like Supply Chain or Finance
• Good knowledge of Python and ML libraries

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience building agentic systems with LLM orchestration and RAG
• Working knowledge of LLM ecosystem tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Experience deploying and monitoring models on major cloud platforms
