💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end delivery of complex security programs across third-party risk, compliance, and AI governance. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Legal to ensure measurable outcomes that move Klaviyo's risk posture forward. This role offers the chance to apply AI-enabled tooling and act as a player-coach to other program managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead delivery of complex security programs with minimal oversight
• Set programme rhythm: planning, reporting, OKR alignment
• Apply AI-enabled GSS tooling to reduce manual toil
• Run risk analysis, contingency planning, and trade-off discussions
• Maintain status materials for GSS leadership and Board

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years as a technical programme manager in information security
• Working knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification
• Experience building and tracking security KPIs

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years hands-on in security roles (e.g., Security Delivery Manager)
• Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
• Exposure to AI governance or model risk
