You'll define operating models and service capabilities for autonomous trucking at Waabi. You'll own critical workstreams that bring the Waabi Driver to market, turning ambiguous commercial problems into clear product requirements and scalable playbooks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define operating models and product requirements for autonomous trucking deployment.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with autonomy, operations, and business teams.
• Build pilot-to-scale playbooks for customers, lanes, and sites.
• Produce executive-ready decision memos and product artifacts.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, operations, or strategy in a complex technical environment.
• Experience defining operating models for physical-world businesses.
• Track record of designing and scaling complex B2B products or services.
• Strong systems thinking and first-principles problem-solving.
