💼 About This Role

You'll join Compass's Franchise Brands Legal Department to review, draft, and negotiate franchise agreements for brands like Coldwell Banker and Century 21. You'll provide expert legal advice on franchise sales, renewals, and compliance while partnering with business teams on key strategic initiatives. This role offers the chance to work with a leading real estate platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate franchise agreements and related documents
• Negotiate vendor contracts, especially SaaS and IT agreements
• Review marketing materials for legal compliance
• Provide expert advice on laws and regulations affecting the business

📋 Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 7-10 years of legal experience
• Franchise law experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
