💼 About This Role

You'll build agent infrastructure and tooling for assurance and audit practitioners at a remote-first startup backed by top investors. Your work will directly improve developer productivity by making AI workflows reliable and measurable.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain internal platform for agentic workflows
• Create developer onboarding and documentation for AI workflows
• Implement instrumentation for efficiency and productivity metrics
• Run structured trials of new AI tools and synthesize learnings

📋 Requirements

• Excellent engineer who ships reliable internal tools and debugs production systems
• Deep hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex
• Systems thinking connecting developer tooling to org-wide velocity
• Influence without authority, working across Engineering, Product, and Design teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Platform engineering or developer experience background
• Experience with LLMOps practices and evaluation frameworks
• Track record rolling out internal tools across teams with adoption playbooks
