  • Guide customers on process, people, and change management best practices.
  • Proactively identify risks and work with sales on mitigation plans.
  • Lead cross-functional post-sales team for seamless customer experience.

  • 5-10 years relevant industry expertise
  • Experience building business value ROI models
  • Working knowledge in SaaS business model
